Our Sourcing service covers the following:

  • Study client’s sourcing requirement /brief and create an appropriate sourcing strategy.
  • Identify viable supplier(s) based on quality, cost & delivery requirements of the client.
  • Review item information.
  • Establish procurement plan.
  • Supplier Short listing & Verification
  • Create & issue RFQ (Request for Quotation) packages to suppliers.
  • Negotiation: Using our multilingual negotiators and eliminating middlemen, we can often reduce prices by 5% to 50%.
  • Convert received supplier quotation(s) to standardized form for review & approval by client.
  • Obtain any Non-disclosure, or other necessary agreements, required to introduce and/or move business prospects forward with supplier(s).
  • Provide client with product/ item/ factory quality reports.

Prior to any order placement, the company creates a production plan with detailed steps and dates. At each step, Deepwear’s team physically goes into the factories to verify the situation and provide advice as needed. This allows the company to offer open access to the factories and production lines, assuring the brands of the highest standards. Deepwear also supports the brands in the negotiation of conditions and contracts between the brands and the factories. With a long history in the industry, the company is able to provide valuable advice to the brands, making the manufacturing process more efficient and effective.

Are the collections and products that Threadline Studio offers always in stock, or are they made to order?

At Threadline Studio, we offer a unique buying service to our clients. We are not suppliers ourselves, nor a middleman. Instead, we represent a vast network of wholesale suppliers and manufacturers who have their own collections available. Each supplier has their own set of conditions in terms of time, price, and minimum order quantities. Some suppliers have stock available and can repeat production, while others only work on custom production orders. And one of the advantages of working with Deepwear is that we can also help coordinate and manage all of your existing suppliers.
